How Long Will My Parcel Take To Be Delivered?

Noknok will deliver your order using reputable delivery partners throughout Pakistan and in most cases, for all orders placed before 6pm in the major cities will be made within 1 to 2 days. Our couriers will contact you prior to delivery to help ensure you are able to receive your parcel on time and they will take payment from you should you opt for cash on delivery payment method.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Conversely, once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Noknok reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including stock unavailability, declined payment by your authorized payment institution, or pricing imprecision's.
